The flowers that we sent were done even more beautifully than the website picture! We really liked receiving a text with the final result before the flowers went out for delivery. They also accommodated our timeline request! Great customer service, will definitely use them again!

Absolutely recommend this company! They delivered on time, sent photos of the bouquet so I could see them before they delivered (which never happens!), and we’re so friendly and responsive. Bouquet was even prettier than the advertised photo. Thanks so much! A+ all the way!

I ordered the flowers online in the morning and they were delivered super quickly by early afternoon. The florist sent me pictures of the arrangement which was very nice to see, exactly as pictured in their website. Friendly staff and great service!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
