OC Flowers has the best customer service of ANY florist I have ever used. The communication thru the whole process was what I loved the most. They texted me pictures of the arrangement they created BEFORE sending it out for delivery. The arrangement looked so amazing & I just knew it was going to cheer my friends day up. Most florists are not so personable & responsive. I highly recommend OC Flowers to anyone that wants "what the internet arrangement looks like". You won't be disappointed!!

They sent me pics in a text before it was delivered and again once they delivered it. 1st class customer service and the arrangement was equally impressive.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
